Cards4all Pty Ltd is a private innovative Australian card marketing, issuing and management company that distributes a range of electronic cards. These products include loyalty, reward, gift, account, membership and payment cards and some emerging technologies. Cards4all Pty Ltd ABN 99118809886
Cards4all Pty Ltd was formed in 15th March 2006. To create Card Programs for small retailers within Australia including products promoted as Gift Card, Business Gift Card, Incentive Gift Card, Prepaid Gift Card, Real Estate Gift Card, Loyalty Card, Rewards Card, Account Card, Fundraiser and Membership Card.
The first product was an entry level Retail Gift Card. Produced in volumes as a preprinted product to reduce costs to the retalier and then later personalized with the business details. Further products were developed and released over the years including variations of gift cards and full custom creations in relatively small volumes. Reloadable products such as Account or Loyalty Cards were released and have met with great interest.
Regulation, Alliance and Structure
Such regulations vary on the basis of the product being provided.
The banking industry is a heavily regulated and protected industry encompassing many levels.
The licences typically exist with other organisations (and/or our platform provider) to which Cards4all is bound by ASIC and/or contracts with the service provider. Core examples include Financial Services Licence 320204.
Furthermore, Cards4all operates under First Data International for card switching and processing. Software development is undertaken by Lynx Financial Systems (Lynx) – Lynx offers financial services for software, hardware, bureau services and support, specifically with development of card solutions on the Domino platform, as utilised by many of the largest banking groups. Statements and similiar services are provided by Computershare.
Through our business allies we are able to provide a range of of VISA solutions including credit, debit, prepaid, commercial and premium cards. These cards can be used in ATMs and EFTPOS terminals throughout Visa’s global network of 24 million point of sale terminals and in excess of 1 million ATMs. While security facilities can include Secure Sentinel who can offer a range of products that help deal with the loss of theft of personal possessions.
Cards4all maintains it’s position within the industry through it’s association with business allies and banking platform providers, who work within the industry to remain current with both the development of the industry and future direction.
Through our platform providers representation on many of the industry committees, Cards4all is able to provide input and feed back, with many of the industry management committees and special focus working groups. Another example of how Cards4all strives to evolve with the industry and innovate over time.
