Getting Started
We are excited about your new card order.
The art webpages are loaded with all kinds of good advice about the content, colour and styling of your cards.
There are templates, to make it easy to get a professional result.
You can do as little or as much of the design as you like, the art specifications are here if you like to start from “scratch” and produce your own “finished” art. Art Specifications Sheet
Basic Process
Essentially we always talk through email because we have so many projects to work on – it is impossible to talk on the phone and remember everyone’s details. If you are confused or need to discuss your art, please phone, but always write your instructions and corrections by email.

PREPRINTED Cards
Cards4all keep in stock, a variety of card designs. This allows customers to purchase a small quantity of cards and have them delivered quickly. Some of our clients choose to order these while waiting for their custom cards to be produced. The in-stock cards are colour, we then print onto them (IN BLACK) your business details. This way we are able to keep the cost down and deliver fast. The in-stock cards are in the templates on the website. Remember that the colour and design are already printed so we can’t change them. If a colour can be changed, the templates show that part as a gray colour.

Custom Designs
Custom designs can be just about anything you like. There are templates (on the website) to help you and lots of information and advice about designing from scratch. If you explain what you like, we will send preliminary designs, so you can see of how your cards will look. Once we find the design, we will send you final art proofs. When we have it exactly right we then print your cards.
SAVE MONEY! Choose the templates, colours and write the details for the card on our downloadable order form.
The most important things for you are:
Go to the website art section to CHOOSE a DESIGN from our templates
SEND us your Logos, Photographs and Graphics
Reply quickly to our emails
If you want to work by email alone,
When choosing the templates, simply send us the reference, for example you could say….
“I like design T “
AND (if you like) choose the colours
“Could I have colour 1-blue, colour 2-white, colour 3-orange”
AND (if you like) choose the box or writing on the card
“Could I have it with box B11 and writing T10″
All of these are options in the templates, if you have a look. When you send us this information we start working on your cards (dont forget to send us good quality graphics to really make them exciting)
