With hundreds of volunteers located in different towns across rural Victoria VicRelief Foodbank was presented with a challenge. How to deliver financial support to help volunteers who provide invaluable care in their local community in an accountable and easy way.
VicRelief Foodbank provides support to emergency relief agencies and through our volunteer support program we needed to find an easy solution to how to pass on financial support directly to volunteers in isolated communities to assist them to cover the cost of volunteering. Essentially they spend a great deal of time travelling to farms delivering drought assistance and with funds to support the cost of travel we had a number of issues that Cards4 all gift cards were able to help with. We investigated a few options and settled on using cards4all. We were very pleased with our choice of provider.
The process had to be simple, able to be used at a number of different stores, accountable and give volunteers flexibility. Another bonus for VicRelief Foodbank was the ability to personalise the cards with our logo and a message to volunteers to ensure that they received recognition for their invaluable work.
We value high service standards and customer service. Cards4all responded quickly to all our requests and provided a service we valued.
The cards answered all our requirements. They proved easy to distribute, easy to account for with the detailed spread sheets cards4 all provided and easy for our customers to use. The printed cards were a real bonus in promoting our work and brand across rural communities and the value of personalising the cards to assist in promoting to many different communities our work added to the program we were able to provide.
